Overseas Shipping – To work out shipping charges when ordering from overseas, please place your order, fill in your address details and the site will show you the shipping charges on the check-out page.
Import duties, customs or local taxes, if any, chargeable by the country the order is being shipped to, are to be paid by the recipient.
Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then clear these with the delivery partners at the time of receiving the order.
We are charged by our delivery partner to ship your order to you and we charge you the amount we are being charged.

Shipping Policy
- After receiving the an order, we begin manufacturing the item, which takes 2-7 days. The finished goods are checked for quality, and then packed with the provided details and contact information by the customer for the shipping address.
- The consignment is picked up from our office by the executive from the third party logistics partner. The delivery timeline is between 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination’s proximity to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- In case of a delay, the customer can contact us at +91 9024442387 via WhatsApp or email us on info@fabricfitoor.com with their order number, which is present in the SMS alert and confirmation email received after placing the order.
- Fabric Fitoor is committed to fulfill the customer’s order according to the provided timeline and have tied up with the best third party service providers for facilitating the same. However, we will not be held liable for any delays caused due to any issues at the third party service provider’s end or issues arising out act(s) of god or otherwise. This notwithstanding, Fabric Fitoor will make all attempts to resolve any issues causing delays in consignment fulfillment.
Exchange Policy
At Fabricfitoor, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not fit perfectly or meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer exchanges for eligible items. Please note that returns are not available, and exchanges are accepted up to size 5 XL.
Eligibility:
Only items that have been purchased directly from the Fabricfitoor website https://fabricfitoor.com/ are eligible for exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Exchanges are only available for items that are within size 5 XL.
Exchange Process:
If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team within 1-2 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. You can reach us at [customer support contact details].
Provide your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange, including the size you would like to exchange it for.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return shipping process. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process the exchange and ship the requested size to you.
Please note that any price differences between the exchanged items will need to be settled by making payment through our payment gateway.
Please keep in mind:
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is not available, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a credit voucher for future purchases.
After one exchange, unless the item was damaged or inaccurate, the client is liable for any additional shipping expenses for the exchange of the item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your exchange as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item.
Fabricfitoor reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
